If you are not happy with your order, you may request return and  or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Certain item such as beauty products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

We cannot accept returns on the following products: Press on nail, Hair, Cosmetics, or any item that touches the hair, skin or scalp.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original method with 5 to 10 business days
